Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing a Fraud Risk Assessment programme within infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Government Functional Standard 013 and counter-fraud governance.
• Experience delivering FRA reports and fraud metrics for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Fraud Risk Assessment programme across the project.
• Develop fraud measurement exercises and risk models.
• Create the Counter Fraud Strategy from FRA findings.
• Ensure compliance with Government Functional Standard 013.
• Develop and maintain fraud-related policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and supply chain on fraud risks.
• Produce clear reports for senior management and governance committees.
• Deliver counter-fraud training across the organisation.
• Oversee assurance activity and governance processes.
