Job summary

Randstad Cpe London in Birmingham is seeking a Governance & Reporting Manager to lead Fraud Risk Assessments across a major infrastructure programme. You will drive FRA governance and assurance, applying Government Functional Standards to mitigate fraud, bribery and corruption risks across substantial programme spend.

The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and permanent, full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Fraud Risk Assessment within large infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and risk reporting.
• Ability to communicate complex risk issues to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage detailed, thematic, and enterprise-level Fraud Risk Assessments.
• Maintain and develop the FRA and assurance programme.
• Ensure compliance with Government Functional Standard 013.
• Produce fraud risk reporting for senior management and committees.
• Develop fraud risk models, metrics and the Counter Fraud Strategy.
• Collaborate with risk leads across a complex supply chain to identify emerging risks.
• Develop fraud-related policies and controls.
