Job summary

Veeqo, Amazon’s multi‑channel shipping and inventory platform, seeks an Investigation Specialist Lead to drive fraud prevention and investigations. • Experience with data analysis tools and methods to identify patterns and insights.
• Proven track record in fraud/risk investigations and incident response.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee end-to-end fraud prevention and investigation framework with KPIs and SOPs.
• Build and manage fraud detection tools and alerts using Metabase, FullStory, and engines.
• Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and produce actionable recommendations.
• Lead Stripe-related issues: disputes, payments, refunds, and transaction queries.
• Handle carrier chargebacks, analyze trends, and develop dispute strategies.
• Communicate updates to sellers throughout the lifecycle with professionalism.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to close gaps and ensure GDPR/PCI DSS.
• Deliver fraud trend reports and risk assessments to leadership with impact metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement including post-incident reviews and training.
