Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD seeks a dedicated Vehicle Technician to join our expanding aftersales team in the Leicester area. You will perform manufacturer-scheduled servicing, recall work, and warranty maintenance on a modern vehicle lineup in line with brand guidelines.

Diagnose faults with up-to-date equipment, maintain safety and quality, and contribute to efficient workshop flow. A responsive, well-equipped on-site facility includes free secure parking.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Proven track record in a franchised dealership or fast-paced workshop setting focused on quality and repair efficiency
• DVSA MOT Tester accreditation is an asset but not essential
• Full UK driving licence and own hand tools

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturer-scheduled servicing in line with brand guidelines
• Carry out recall work and official warranty maintenance
• Systematic fault diagnosis using modern diagnostic equipment
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality in a busy workshop
• Support the workshop with efficient throughput and accurate documentation

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + uncapped monthly productivity scheme
• Hours: Monday to Friday schedule + Saturdays operated on a fair rotating rota basis

• Active DVSA MOT Tester accreditation is a strong asset (offering higher starting pay potential), but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.
