Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Operations Manager, Franchise – EMEA to lead franchise operations across the region, translating global standards into scalable processes for store openings and ongoing performance.

You will partner with HQ and franchise partners to own the Franchise Operations Playbook, SOPs, audits, and operational excellence while traveling across EMEA to drive growth and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail operations or franchise operations, ideally in fashion or premium brands.
• Experience developing SOPs, playbooks, or scalable retail processes.
• Strong project management with the ability to manage multiple openings and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of the EMEA Franchise Operations Playbook, defining store openings, operations, and standards.
• Own franchise openings across EMEA, from planning to launch and post-opening.
• Manage franchise partner relationships and translate HQ strategies into actionable guidance.
• Establish SOPs across store operations, inventory, customer experience, safety, and compliance.
• Ensure scalability and alignment with global brand standards while addressing local market needs.
