SKIMS is seeking an Operations Manager for Franchise – EMEA based in our London office. You will lead the Franchise Operations Playbook creation, SOP development, and scalable processes to support store openings and ongoing operations across EMEA.

You will manage franchise partner relationships and ensure alignment with global standards. The role requires strong project management, commercial mindset, and excellent communication skills, with willingness to travel across EMEA as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail operations or franchise operations.
• Experience developing SOPs, playbooks, or scalable processes for multi-store environments.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of the EMEA Franchise Operations playbook and SOPs.
• Own and oversee franchise store openings across EMEA from planning to post-opening.
• Manage franchise partner relationships and translate HQ strategies into practical guidance.
• Ensure compliance with SKIMS standards and drive operational efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate across Retail, Store Dev, IT, Finance, Logistics, and Planning to enable openings.
