SKIMS is seeking an Operations Manager, Franchise – EMEA to lead franchise ops strategy across Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will craft playbooks, SOPs, and openings processes, partner with HQ and partners, and drive operational excellence and compliance across multi-market stores.

The role requires strong retail operations experience, cross‑functional leadership, and travel across EMEA. You will report to the Director of Franchise and shape scalable processes that maintain SKIMS standards.

Formación

• 5+ years in retail operations, franchise operations or multi-store roles.
• Experience creating SOPs, playbooks, and scalable retail processes.
• Strong relationship management with HQ and franchise partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of the Franchise Operations Playbook and SOPs across EMEA.
• Manage new store openings, pre-opening and readiness processes.
• Coordinate with Retail, VM, IT, Finance, Planning, Logistics to ensure successful openings.
