Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Operations Manager, Franchise – EMEA to support growth of the franchise network across the region. Reporting to the Director of Franchise, you will translate global standards into clear, scalable procedures and manage partner relationships to uphold brand and operational excellence.

You will lead the Franchise Operations Playbook, oversee new store openings, develop SOPs, and partner with HQ functions to align local market needs with SKIMS’ standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail operations, franchise operations, or international retail.
• Strong understanding of store operations and openings.
• Experience developing SOPs, operational manuals, playbooks, or scalable retail processes.
• Franchise or partner-operated retail experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evolution of the EMEA Franchise Operations playbook for openings and ongoing operations.
• Establish SOPs across store operations, inventory, customer experience, loss prevention, health and safety, cash handling, facilities, compliance.
• Lead franchise store openings across EMEA with partners from planning through launch.
• Serve as primary operational liaison between SKIMS HQ and franchise partners.
• Monitor franchise execution against standards and develop audits and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail, Store Development, Visual Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, Logistics, IT, Finance, and more.
• Support regional business development and growth initiatives.
