Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Framework Integration Assistant Manager in Edinburgh to drive regulatory, risk and audit activities within GS&SM. The role focuses on translating findings into actionable plans and embedding requirements across the Sourcing and Supplier Management Framework.

You will coordinate with policy owners, risk and audit teams to ensure timely delivery, maintain governance, and build strong working relationships across functions. Hybrid work pattern supported.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering risk, audit, assurance, controls or policy activities within a regulated organisation.
• Strong ability to translate complex findings into practical actions and delivery plans.
• Excellent organisation and reporting skills.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence decisions.
• Ability to prioritise regulatory change alongside business as usual.

Responsibilities

• Translate external gap-analysis findings into clear, actionable plans with deadlines.
• Collaborate with around 20 policy owners to embed requirements into the framework.
• Coordinate responses to second-line risk reviews and Internal Audit reports.
• Establish and maintain robust action plans with ownership, milestones and evidence tracking.
• Produce regular reporting and manage framework-related mailbox activity.
