Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in Bristol is seeking a Framework Integration Assistant Manager to drive regulatory, risk and audit activities within GS&M. You will translate findings into concrete actions and work with policy owners to embed requirements into the Sourcing and Supplier Management Framework.

You will coordinate responses to risk reviews and Internal Audit, maintain robust action plans, and report progress across policy, risk, audit and sourcing teams, enabling timely governance and strong

Qualifications

• Experience delivering risk, audit, assurance, controls or policy activities in a regulated organisation.
• Translate complex findings into practical actions and delivery plans.
• Strong stakeholder management; influence decisions and drive progress.
• Excellent organisation, writing and reporting skills.
• Prioritise regulatory change alongside business-as-usual work.
• Coordinate multiple actions, deliverables and stakeholders to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Translate external gap-analysis findings into clear, actionable plans and monitor delivery against regulatory deadlines.
• Partner with around 20 policy owners to embed requirements into the framework.
• Coordinate responses to second-line risk reviews and Internal Audit reports, validating findings.
• Establish and maintain robust action plans with ownership, milestones and risk management.
• Manage framework-related shared mailbox activity and produce regular reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships across policy, risk, audit and GS&SM teams.
