Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is offering a Framework Integration Assistant Manager role across multiple UK locations. The role is hybrid, with at least two days per week in an office, and focuses on regulatory, risk and audit activities within Group Sourcing and Supplier Management.

You will translate findings into actionable plans, coordinate responses to risk reviews and audits, and manage robust action plans with clear ownership and milestones.

  • The ability to translate complex findings, recommendations or requirements into practical actions and structured delivery plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge constructively, influence decisions and secure progress.
  • Excellent organisation, written communication and reporting skills.
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and balance regulatory change activity alongside business-as-usual responsibilities.
  • Experience coordinating multiple actions, deliverables and stakeholders to meet agreed deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Translate external gap-analysis findings into clear, actionable plans and monitor delivery against regulatory deadlines.
  • Partner with around 20 policy owners to embed agreed requirements into the Sourcing and Supplier Management Framework.
  • Coordinate responses to second-line risk reviews and Internal Audit reports, validating findings and resolving factual inaccuracies.
  • Establish and maintain robust action plans, including ownership, milestones, evidence tracking, risk management and escalation processes.
  • Manage framework-related shared mailbox activity, coordinating input from subject matter experts and producing regular reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across policy, risk, audit and GS&SM teams to support effective delivery and governance.

Salary Range: £40,824 - £45,360

Salary: £43,092 - £45,360

Location(s): Birmingham, Bristol, Halifax or Edinburgh

Hours: Full time

Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at one of our office sites.

Group Sourcing and Supplier Management (GS&SM) plays a vital role in delivering both cost efficiencies and revenue generation. We work closely with colleagues across the business to understand their needs and help them make informed decisions that balance pace, value and risk when acquiring goods and services. We're looking for a Framework Integration Assistant Manager to help deliver key regulatory, risk and audit activities across GS&SM. This is an opportunity to work with policy owners, risk teams, Internal Audit and sourcing colleagues to turn findings into meaningful change, strengthen our framework and support critical business priorities.
