Job summary

Amentum is recruiting a Framework Manager (Commissioning) to support the Commissioning Alliance at Hinkley Point C, on-site multiple days per week. You will oversee the framework for embedded resources, ensuring delivery aligns with safety, regulatory, and performance targets.

You will lead embedded teams, coordinate with alliance partners and the client, and drive continuous improvement while upholding nuclear safety standards and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing frameworks or contracts with embedded/seconded personnel in large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
• Experience in construction, ideally large infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of commissioning processes, alliance delivery models, and collaborative working.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage documentation, compliance, and performance reporting.
• Experience in regulated environments, ideally nuclear/energy infrastructure sectors.
• Understanding of NEC contracts and alliance principles.
• Project management qualifications (APM/MSP/Lean) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and governance of the Commissioning Alliance framework at scale, ensuring deployment and performance of commissioning personnel.
• Provide technical and operational leadership to embedded commissioning teams.
• Act as senior interface between Amentum, Alliance partners, and client, aligning objectives.
• Drive delivery excellence through resource planning and development of the workforce.
• Ensure activities comply with safety standards, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements.
• Governance of framework processes, contracts, and alliance performance requirements.
• Identify continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and commercial outcomes.
• Support readiness, assurance activities, audits, and stage-gate assessments.
• Champion safety culture and high performance across the framework.
• Provide leadership, coaching and development to commissioning personnel.
