Job summary

Proman is seeking Furniture Frame Assemblers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will hand-build sofa frames using a mix of materials, staples, glue and power tools, ensuring finished products meet high quality standards with meticulous attention to detail.

This temp-to-perm role includes full training, with early or late shift options and long-term progression opportunities. Applicants should be comfortable with physical work, lifting, teamwork, and a targets-driven environment.

Qualifications

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the heart of the production process, hand‑building high‑quality sofa frames using a mix of materials, staples, glue and power tools. Every frame you assemble will go on to become a finished product — so your attention to detail truly counts.

You’ll receive full training to help you sharpen your existing skills and adapt them to a new product range.

Important: This is a physically demanding role with regular heavy lifting.

Choose a shift pattern that suits your lifestyle:

Early Shift: Monday to Friday – 06:00 to 14:00

Late Shift: Monday to Thursday – 14:00 to 00:20
