Job summary

Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Health Care Assistant to join the Frailty SDEC/Loddon nursing team. You will deliver clinical care within the band 3 remit and contribute to a multidisciplinary team caring for elderly patients through the frailty pathway.

The role requires 36 hours per week, with opportunities to develop enhanced clinical skills such as wound care, taking blood, ECG and vitals monitoring within approved protocols.

Qualifications

• Clinical care to required standards within band 3 remit.
• Wound care and basic clinical procedures as directed by clinicians.
• Take blood, ECG and monitor vitals as trained and competent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical and therapeutic care within set protocols.
• Plan and deliver high standards of personal care.
• Communicate effectively with team, patients, families, and visitors.
