Job summary

SEPHORA UK is seeking a Fragrance Manager to bring your store’s fragrance universe to life with deep product knowledge, storytelling and a passion for customer experience, shaping unforgettable moments for every guest.

You’ll lead the team, coach Beauty Advisors on fragrance narratives, deliver ongoing training, set clear goals and help elevate the department through trends, stock accuracy and engaging promotions.

Qualifications

Proven retail leadership experience with coaching and performance management.
Deep understanding of fragrance trends and storytelling.
Commercial mindset with ability to drive KPIs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
Experience handling ER processes when needed.

Responsibilities

Leading, coaching and inspiring Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional service.
Deliver training in product knowledge, selling skills and personalised consultations to build confidence and capability.
Conduct performance check-ins and development plans.
Staying ahead of fragrance trends to guide customers and keep the department relevant.
Leading the team to exceed sales targets through expert consultations and upselling.
Resolving customer inquiries promptly and upholding loyalty.
Overseeing fragrance operations, including inventory accuracy and stock flow.
Collaborating with store leadership on promotions and campaigns.
Managing Employee Relations processes where needed.
Assisting with new store openings such as stock preparation.
