Job summary

SEPHORA UK in Trafford, Manchester is seeking a Fragrance Manager to lead the fragrance universe in-store and elevate customer experiences. You will coach Beauty Advisors, develop product knowledge, and drive best-in-class service with a focus on storytelling and commercial performance.

You will partner with store leadership to stay ahead of fragrance trends, manage inventory and visual standards, and deliver engaging promotions across peak trading periods.

Qualifications

• Proven retail leadership with coaching and team development experience.
• Strong knowledge of fragrance trends and storytelling.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of driving KPIs.
• Excellent communication to build customer and team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and inspiring Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional service and fragrance experiences.
• Deliver ongoing training in product knowledge and selling skills.
• Conduct performance check-ins and support development plans.
• Stay ahead of fragrance trends to guide customers and keep the department relevant.
• Lead the team to exceed sales targets through consultations and upselling.
• Oversee inventory, stock flow, and visual standards; ensure loss prevention.
