Trident International is seeking a Part-time Fractional Senior Financial Controller to own the financial control environment for a major mixed-use development in central London. The role reports to the Fund Controller and involves oversight of tax, budgeting, cash flow and external advisers for a UK-Luxembourg structure.

Ideal candidates are ACA/ACCA qualified with FC/FD/CFO experience, strong real estate finance background, and the ability to lead autonomously in a two-days-per-week consultancy

Competenze

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant with FC/FD/CFO-level experience.
• Real estate investment or development experience, ideally with institutional JV and construction financing.
• Strong tax knowledge and judgement, overseeing complex compliance and structuring.
• Experience managing outsourced administrators and professional advisers.
• Commercial finance leader who can influence stakeholders and Board-level decisions.
• Comfort operating autonomously in a part-time consultancy capacity.

Mansioni

• Financial control & reporting: oversee quarterly management accounts, statutory reporting, budgets, cash flow forecasts and submissions to shareholders, lenders and the Board.
• Tax compliance & structuring: own tax oversight across a UK-Luxembourg structure, manage external adviser, challenge technical advice and evidence structuring decisions.
• Development cost control: review development cost reports, variations, contingencies and cost-to-complete forecasts.
• Cash, funding & facilities: oversee payments, cash reconciliations, debt/equity drawdowns and lender requirements.
• Service provider oversight: manage outsourced fund administration, accounting and tax services with clear expectations.
• Stakeholder engagement: act as senior finance contact across deal team, co-investors, lenders, auditors and advisers.
