Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant.
• Strong real estate investment or development experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial control framework for the project including quarterly accounts and reporting.
• Manage tax oversight across UK and Luxembourg structures and liaise with external advisers.
• Monitor development cost reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure alignment with budgets.
• Oversee cashflow, funding, debt and equity drawdowns and lender compliance.
• Coordinate outsourced fund administration, accounting and tax services.
• Act as senior finance contact with investors, lenders and Boards.
