Lord Search & Selection is partnering with a well-established engineering and manufacturing business to recruit a Fractional Operations Director. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, improving business performance and supporting growth from a part-time perspective.

You will lead manufacturing and operational performance, champion continuous improvement, and strengthen production planning and delivery while coaching leadership teams and shaping strategic input for future growth.
