Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an FP&A Senior Manager in London to lead financial planning and analysis for a SME consumer loans FinTech. The role involves close collaboration with the FD and finance team, directing five reports, and shaping budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.

You will provide clear financial insights to guide strategic decisions and operational planning, ensuring accurate planning data and timely reporting across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Exposure to Consumer Lending (retail bank, business bank, FinTech lender or equivalent).
• Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CPA).
• Strong ability to analyse financial information and explain key findings clearly.
• Experience producing financial reports and variance analysis.
• Ability to work effectively with FD and Accounting & Finance teams.
• Confidence using financial data to support planning and decision-making.
• Strong organisational skills for managing reporting and planning deadlines.

Responsibilities

Job Offer

• Permanent FP&A Manager position (senior manager level equivalent) based in London.
• Salary of £80,000 to £110,000, dependent on the level of experience.
