Job summary

Cirrus Selection in Stevenage is seeking an experienced FPGA Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team in developing cutting-edge FPGA-based solutions. The role combines deep technical leadership with organisational skills to deliver world-class products on schedule.

You will work on RTL design, high-speed interfaces, DSP and image processing, and you must be prepared to obtain UK Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• A degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years FPGA or digital hardware design experience with leadership exposure (3–5 years).
• Proven track record delivering complex FPGA systems from concept to production.
• Strong RTL design, simulation, synthesis and timing analysis experience.
• Deep understanding of high-speed interfaces, DSP, control logic and image processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management for the FPGA team.
• Own technical direction and architecture of FPGA solutions.
• Deliver projects on schedule with high quality and reliability.
