Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is recruiting on behalf of an engineering business just south of Cambridge for an experienced FPGA engineer. You'll develop IP and deliver projects end to end, from concept and architecture through validation and ongoing support.

A solid grounding in digital signal processing is required; RF systems experience is a bonus. The role involves collaborating with hardware, software and systems engineers on demanding programmes near Cambridge.

Qualifications

• Strong HDL and FPGA design skills.
• Digital Signal Processing (DSP)
• Comfort working across the full development lifecycle
• Clear communication and an eye for technical documentation
• An appetite for continuous learning; this is a team that values adaptability over a fixed skill set

Responsibilities

• Develop IP and deliver projects end to end from concept to validation and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with hardware, software and systems engineers on technically demanding programmes.
• Target AMD (Xilinx) silicon (often Zynq SoC devices) in day-to-day work and contribute across the development lifecycle.
