Qualifications

• 2+ years' RTL development for FPGA platforms (Verilog or VHDL)
• Strong grasp of fixed-point DSP techniques (filters, FFTs, correlators)
• Experience with AMD/Xilinx FPGA devices and design toolchain
• Track record of taking a design from spec through implementation and test to hardware that works
• Comfortable extending an established codebase, not starting from scratch
• Excellent communication in a small, collaborative team
• Motivation to continuous learning and skill sharpening

Responsibilities

• Own significant RTL blocks from spec to implementation and verification
• Work with senior/principal engineers to broaden experience in digital RF and signal processing
• Provide hands-on lab time and access to equipment for development and testing
