Job summary

Valeo Foods UK is seeking a Performance and Reporting Analyst to join the FP&A & Transformation team in Leeds. You will provide accurate, timely financial reporting and analysis to inform decision-making and drive profitability.

The role involves building relationships across Finance and other departments, owning month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations and data integrity checks, and supporting process improvements and ad hoc project work.

Qualifications

• Logical thinking and the ability to connect financial reporting with underlying business processes.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict financial deadlines.
• Proficiency with Excel; Power BI/Power Query experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Produce clear, robust reporting detailing business performance.
• Collaborate with Finance and other departments to manage workflows and improve processes.
• Represent Finance in reporting and review processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close.
• Complete month-end activities with commentary on performance and variances.
