Job summary

Babble is seeking a FP&A Manager on a maternity cover basis to lead the planning, forecasting and management reporting cycle. You will partner with the CFO and executive team, owning budgeting, cash flow, and covenant reporting across a multi-entity group.

You will develop the group planning model, provide actionable insight on pricing and cost-to-serve, and report recurring revenue metrics. Strong Excel, modelling and planning experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 3+ years post-qualification in FP&A or commercial finance.
• Ownership of a full budget and rolling forecast cycle in a multi-entity group.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Recurring revenue or subscription business experience – telecoms, SaaS, or managed services.
• Ability to onboard quickly in an unfamiliar environment; short handover period.
• A partnering mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Business Partnering Function and own Babble’s planning, forecasting and management reporting cycle.
• Own the annual budget and rolling reforecast, including P&L, cash flow and covenant reporting.
• Produce monthly management reporting pack and board commentary with variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain the group planning model (revenue, gross margin, cost, headcount).
• Partner with Sales, Operations and Executive leadership on performance, pricing and cost-to-serve.
• Model and report recurring revenue metrics (MRR, churn, ARPU, NRR, margins by product).
