Job summary

T2M Resourcing are recruiting an FP&A Manager – Manufacturing for a successful and growing international manufacturing group. The role reports to the FP&A Director and provides financial leadership, analysis and business partnering to the UK manufacturing plant.

This pivotal role collaborates with operations, support functions and commercial finance to ensure clear reporting, informed decision making and active performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or proven by experience with strong manufacturing finance background.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting, standard costing, BOMs, routings, COGS and variances.
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting and operational performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and business partnering to UK manufacturing plant.
• Support site leadership with performance reviews, forecasting, budgeting and scorecards.
• Lead improvement activity in inventory control, product costing and transformations.
• Supervise Finance Analyst (Manufacturing).

T2M Resourcing are recruiting an FP&A Manager – Manufacturing for a successful and growing international manufacturing group during an exciting period of change and investment.

• FP&A Manager – Manufacturing
• Salary: up to £70K plus car allowance

What will you be doing?

As FP&A Manager – Manufacturing, reporting to the FP&A Director, you will provide financial leadership, analysis and business partnering support to the UK manufacturing plant.

The role will work closely with manufacturing operations including the leadership team, manufacturing support functions and commercial finance to ensure manufacturing performance is clearly understood, accurately reported and actively improved.

This is a key business partnering role, supporting operating reviews, forecasting, budgeting, site scorecards, inventory control, product costing, and operational transformation activity. The role will take leadership responsibility for a Finance Analyst (Manufacturing).

To be successful in this FP&A Manager role – Manufacturing, we seek candidates with the following skills, experience and attributes:

• Qualified accountant or qualified by experience, with strong manufacturing finance experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting, standard costing, BOMs, routings, COGS and manufacturing variances.
• Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting and operational performance reviews.
• Strong business partnering skills, with the confidence to work closely with senior operations and site leadership.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; ERP experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a changing operational environment, including transformation, process improvement and site performance improvement activity.
