Brewer Morris partners with an established international consumer products business operating across B2B and B2C channels, with a portfolio of recognised brands and a global market presence.

As they continue to grow, they are looking for an experience Group FP&A Manager to join their team and help drive the business forwards. London-based with a hybrid model; 3 days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification FP&A or business partnering experience.
• Strong financial modelling, analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using BI, reporting and data visualisation tools.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities.
• Provide commercial insight and analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Deliver high-quality reporting and performance updates for senior leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders across finance, commercial and operations.
• Build robust financial models to evaluate investments, pricing and growth opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and business performance.
• Enhance FP&A processes, reporting capabilities and forecasting accuracy.
• Support cash generation, working capital management and transformation initiatives.
• Highlight risks and opportunities, providing clear recommendations to leadership teams.
• Act as a champion of financial best practice across the organisation.

About the Role:

The Group FP&A Manager will lead budgeting, forecasting and planning activities, while delivering commercially focused insight to support business growth, profitability and strategic decision-making.

This opportunity would suit a commercially minded finance professional who thrives on partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing business decisions and using data-driven insights to drive performance across an international organisation.

Key Responsibilities

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), with post-qualified finance experience within FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering roles.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using BI, reporting and data visualisation tools.
• Commercially minded, inquisitive and confident challenging assumptions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience operating within an international business environment would be advantageous.
• Exposure to FMCG, retail, consumer products or branded businesses would be beneficial.
• Understanding of pricing strategies, investment appraisal and ROI methodologies.
