Job summary

Pratap Partnership Ltd in Bradford is seeking an FP&A Manager to join a growing, privately owned business. You will dive into large data sets and turn numbers into actionable commercial insight.

You’ll work with senior leadership on forecasting, dashboards, ERP/BI tooling, and opportunities to support growth and acquisitions, balancing detail with strategic reporting. This is a data-driven, systems-minded role focused on improving how information is captured, analysed and presented.

Qualifications

• Strong finance background and understanding of how operational performance flows through a P&L.
• Data-driven, systems-minded and comfortable with technology.
• Experience in product-led, stock-heavy, manufacturing, distribution or wholesale environments would be beneficial.

We’re recruiting an FP&A Manager for a growing, privately owned business in Bradford.

This is a newly created role for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of data and using technology to improve how a business understands performance.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, taking large volumes of financial and operational data and turning it into useful, commercial insight.

The role will cover:

• FP&A, forecasting and commercial analysis
• Working with large and complex datasets
• Customer, product, margin, pricing and stock analysis
• Developing dashboards and management information
• Using ERP, BI and emerging technology to improve reporting and how data is used
• Identifying trends, risks and commercial opportunities
• Presenting clear insight to senior stakeholders
• Supporting future growth and acquisition activity

What we’re looking for:

You’ll have a strong finance background and understand how operational performance flows through a P&L.

More importantly, you’ll be data-driven, systems-minded and comfortable with technology. We’re looking for someone who wants to improve how information is captured, analysed and presented - not simply produce the same reports each month.

Experience within a product-led, stock-heavy, manufacturing, distribution or wholesale environment would be beneficial.
