Admiral is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for its UK Insurance FP&A team in Cardiff. The role leads forecasting, analysis and interpretation of insurance performance to provide clear commercial insight for Finance, Product and Executives.
You will develop robust forecasts, challenge key assumptions, and support governance processes while influencing senior stakeholders across Risk, Capital and Actuarial functions.
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Finance Manager to join the UK Insurance FP&A team.
This is a high-profile technical finance role, leading the forecasting, analysis and interpretation of financial performance across the UK insurance businesses. The successful candidate will help the business understand current and future performance by translating complex insurance results into clear commercial insight for Finance, Product and Executive stakeholders.
The role sits within the UK FP&A team, which acts as a centre of expertise for insurance forecasting, IFRS 17 results analysis and scenario modelling. It will lead the development of robust forecasts, challenge key assumptions, drive continuous improvement and provide expert financial support to strategic initiatives and governance processes.
