Job summary

Oliver James Associates Ltd. has partnered with a leading London insurer to hire an FP&A Analyst for the Commercial Reporting & Analysis team.

This role suits a finalist or newly qualified accountant with exposure to FP&A, MI or financial analysis and a desire to develop within Insurance. You will deliver management information, perform variance analysis, support board-level reporting and turn data into clear commercial insight while collaborating across Finance, Actuarial and other teams.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA finalist or qualified.
• Big 4 Assistant Manager experience would be relevant.
• Insurance experience - Lloyd's or General Insurance.
• Exposure to FP&A, MI, management reporting or financial analysis.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in FP&A.
• Confident working with and presenting to stakeholders.
• Power BI data visualisation experience would be a plus.

I'm working with a leading insurance business looking for an ambitious finance professional to join their Commercial Reporting & Analysis team.

This role would suit a Big 4 Assistant Manager, newly qualified accountant or strong finalist who has some exposure to FP&A, MI or financial analysis and wants to develop this further within Insurance.
