Job summary

Gen II Fund Services is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to manage the Group's planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles. You will prepare and maintain the Group Consolidation model and consolidated accounting, reporting to stakeholders across the business.

The ideal candidate will have ACA/ACCA qualifications, 5+ years in finance, and strong IFRS/UK GAAP knowledge, with a track record of high-quality reporting and strategic financial analysis.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualification is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting, ideally FP&A.
• Experience owning and delivering high-quality reports, managing budgets and 5-year planning.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting framework for key stakeholders.
• Support Head of FP&A Europe in business planning with detailed financial modelling and analysis.
• Assist in quarterly re-forecasting, including billings, revenue, direct and indirect costs.
• Develop and maintain Staff cost model with KPI analysis and variance to budget.
