Job summary

The British Council in London is seeking a Group FP&A Manager responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, planning, forecasting and performance analysis to senior decision-makers, including consolidation and monthly/ quarterly reporting.

You will partner with global FP&A teams, drive multi-year models, support Board reporting, and enhance Anaplan reporting and data consolidation while building robust planning processes in a hybrid London-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience providing finance support to senior stakeholders at Group level.
• Experience in international and multi-cultural organisations.
• Report writing and presentation skills.
• Experience in matrixed, multi-country environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly and quarterly management reporting with high-quality insights and executive presentation.
• Partner with senior leadership and SBU teams to support Board-level reporting and executive dashboards.
• Drive planning and consolidation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly re-forecasts across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Develop multi-year financial models with stakeholders and contribute to liquidity and facilities reporting.
• Enhance Anaplan reporting, automate processes, standardise templates and ensure data consolidation aligns with reporting."],
