Job summary

JSS are pleased to be supporting our client based in Hertfordshire on the recruitment of a new FP&A Manager role. This is an ideal opportunity for someone experienced in FP&A at a senior or manager level in a large fast paced business environment.

You will lead the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes across the organisation, report to the Head of Group FP&A and provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision making.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 2–5 years post-qualification.
• Proven FP&A experience in a multi-site, corporate or group finance environment.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent Excel and Power BI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group budget process, coordinating submissions from multiple business units and consolidating financial plans.
• Own the reforecasting cycle, ensuring accurate and timely forecasting of revenue, costs, cash flow and profitability.
• Deliver variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year performance, identifying key risks and opportunities.
• Partner with operational and commercial leaders to challenge assumptions and improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions and business cases.
• Analyse key business drivers, trends and KPIs to support performance improvement.
• Support long-term planning and scenario modelling activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Assist with month-end reporting and provide insight into financial performance across the Group.
