Job summary

JSS is recruiting a Senior FP&A Systems Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Hertfordshire. You will lead systems and data improvement initiatives, leveraging Oracle, Oracle PBCS, and Microsoft Fabric to drive impactful change across the finance function, with strong Power BI and Power Query capabilities.

The role focuses on improving data integrity, data management, and automation in FP&A, requiring an advanced Excel user who can challenge the status quo and deliver efficiency

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
• Strong systems experience - Oracle, Oracle PBCS and Microsoft Fabric desirable
• Visualization skills - Excel and Power BI
• Excellent Excel user and familiarity with Power Query
• Experience delivering FP&A and data improvement projects within finance teams for a large business
• Self-starter eager to improve FP&A processes

Responsibilities

• Lead systems and data improvement initiatives within a large business environment using Power BI and Power Query to deliver insights.
• Collaborate with FP&A team to improve data integrity and data management.
• Champion automation and efficiency across FP&A through advanced Excel usage.
• Drive continuous improvement and challenge status quo in finance systems.
