Job summary

JSS, based in Hertfordshire, is seeking a commercially minded Group FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting in a hybrid role with £80,000 base salary plus bonus and benefits.

You will own long-range planning, deliver board-level dashboards and partner with senior stakeholders to drive profitability and strategic decision making. A fully qualified accountant with strong modelling and Excel is required.

Qualifications

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
Commercially astute with a proactive, inquisitive mindset.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead the annual budget, forecast and long-range planning process.
Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to improve performance and profitability.
Produce board-level reporting, KPIs and financial dashboards.
Analyse trends, risks and opportunities, providing clear recommendations.
Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting and systems.
Support investment appraisals, business cases and commercial projects.
