Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to own and evolve the core financial model, lead the annual budgeting cycle, and provide decision-ready insights to senior leadership. You will collaborate with commercial teams to shape commission plans and drive performance through data-driven forecasts.

The role requires 3+ years PQE in FP&A or commercial finance, with deep experience in driver-based 3-statement models and scenario planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in FP&A or commercial finance
• Hands-on ownership of driver-based 3-statement models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
• Translate complexity into simple, decision-ready guidance for non-finance leads
• End-to-end ownership in a fast-moving environment, balancing detail with leadership support

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the core financial model with monthly forecasts and scenarios
• Drive the annual budget process with stakeholders across the business
• Provide spend visibility and actionable guidance through monthly business reviews
• Own the monthly board reporting pack and build scalable reporting frameworks
• Analyze unit economics, customer trends, and KPIs to uncover growth opportunities
• Partner with commercial teams to build commission plans
• Use AI tools to automate workflows and improve forecast accuracy
• Deliver a robust financial plan and drive performance against it across the business
