Jobtailor is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to own and evolve the core financial model, lead the annual budgeting cycle, and provide decision-ready insights to senior leadership. Responsibilities

Own and scale the core financial model, refreshing forecasts and scenario planning monthly
Drive the annual budget process, partnering with stakeholders across the business
Partner with department leads through monthly business reviews, providing spend visibility and actionable guidance
Own the monthly board reporting pack and build clean, scalable reporting frameworks
Act as a trusted analytical partner, analyzing unit economics, customer trends, and KPIs to uncover growth opportunities
Partner with commercial teams to build and roll out commission plans
Use AI tools and modern technology to automate workflows, improve forecast accuracy, and scale the finance function
Deliver a robust financial plan and drive performance against it across the business

Requirements

Bring 3+ years' post-qualified experience (PQE) in FP&A or commercial finance
Have true modelling ownership, with hands-on experience building and flexing driver-based 3-statement models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
Look beyond the numbers to uncover the underlying business drivers, commercial risks, and growth opportunities
Translate complexity into simplicity, delivering clear, simple, and decision-ready guidance to non-finance leads
Thrive with end-to-end ownership in a fast-moving environment, equally comfortable diving into granular detail and supporting leaders with decision-making
