My client is a well-established PLC working with some of the world's largest companies across various sectors. In this new role, they seek an ambitious FP&A Manager to contribute to financial strategy and decision-making, particularly in cashflow improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop accurate cashflow forecasting and budgeting models, including scenario analysis.
• Develop a regular cadence of cashflow reporting, providing timely insights and variance analysis to the Finance Leadership Team and ELT.
• Act as an ambassador for cash flow improvement, collaborating across departments to optimize cash management.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end cash reporting and prepare reports for Monthly Business Reviews with senior executives.
• Lead the Cashflow Improvement workstream, monitoring impact and ensuring benefits are realized.
• Implement cashflow strategies within the broader strategic plan, working with key stakeholders.

Profile

• Qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in cashflow planning and analysis.
• Experience within a global, fast-growing organization.
• Deep understanding of working capital and cashflow management.
• Exceptional skills in cashflow modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Track record of improving cashflow through initiatives and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for business growth.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and identify key trends.
• Excellent communication skills to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
