Join to apply for the FP&A Manager role at Axon Moore.

This role is based in Warrington with a hybrid working model, offering a salary range of £65-75k plus benefits. Axon Moore is partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed hospitality business to recruit an ambitious FP&A Manager. The company has a best-in-class data warehouse, providing an excellent opportunity to enhance financial planning and performance analysis in a rapidly expanding business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the annual planning, budgeting, and support the CFO with the 3-year strategic plan.
  2. Own the quarterly reforecasting process to maintain business agility.
  3. Deliver KPI reports daily, weekly, and monthly with actionable insights.
  4. Manage systems such as Qlik, Zonal (EPOS), and Fourth (payroll/scheduling); develop Excel models and dashboards.
  5. Mentor and develop the FP&A Analyst.
  6. Provide ad-hoc commercial analysis to support decisions on CapEx, acquisitions, and operational improvements.

About You:

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with 2+ years post-qualification experience.
  • Strong FP&A background; hospitality or leisure experience is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data/reporting systems.
  • Confident in communicating with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights for non-finance teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
