You will own budgeting, forecasting, board reporting and KPI development, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive growth and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.

Following significant investment and ambitious growth plans, the business is seeking a high-calibre FP&A Manager to play a pivotal role in driving commercial insight, strategic decision-making, and financial performance across the organisation.

The Role Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of core FP&A activities while acting as a key business partner to stakeholders across the organisation.

You will ideally possess:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
• Strong FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience
• Experience gained within a large, complex organisation or multinational environment
• A track record of operating in high-growth, changing businesses
• Excellent analytical, modelling and reporting skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
• The ability to work at pace whilst maintaining attention to detail
• A proactive mindset with a desire to drive continuous improvement
