Job summary

Maxwell Bond is partnering with a rapidly growing business to recruit an FP&A Manager in South Manchester. You will own budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling while delivering commercial insights and partnering with senior stakeholders.

The role includes leading two analysts and enabling data-driven decision making in a scaling, multi-product environment. The position offers hybrid working (1-2 days in the office) with strong progression opportunities and exposure to technology and data

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years’ strong FP&A experience.
• Excellent modelling and forecasting skills.
• Strong accounting fundamentals and commercial awareness.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders.
• A good understanding of data and data-driven analysis is a huge plus.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI or other BI tools would be highly advantageous.
• High-performing FP&A Analysts ready to step up will also be considered.

Up to £72,000 + 10% bonus

South Manchester (1-2x a week on site)

We’re partnered with a high-growth, commercially focused business looking for an ambitious FP&A Manager to join their finance team. You'll be working with a business in complex, multi-product environment, with a strong growth trajectory and increasing investment in technology and data.

The finance team is highly visible, with excellent exposure to senior leadership, and there’s a genuine track record of internal progression. You'll have 2 direct reports, and it's a particularly interesting opportunity for someone who wants to combine FP&A, commercial decision-making and data in a business that’s continuing to scale.

The Role
