As an FP&A Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the budget cycle and year‑end processes. Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Cycle Ownership: Lead the budget-setting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Year‑End Preparation: Coordinate year‑end financial processes, ensuring deadlines are met and data is accurate.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Manage rolling monthly forecasts, providing timely insights to senior leadership.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a high‑performing finance team, ensuring quality delivery and effective communication.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between finance and operational teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Governance: Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulations.
Required Experience and Skills
  • Proven experience as an FP&A Manager or Senior Finance professional in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with budget cycles, forecasting, and year‑end preparation.

  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with experience using ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
