Are you an experienced finance professional who enjoys looking beyond the numbers and understanding what really drives a business?
We’re looking for an FP&A Manager to join our finance team in Yeovil, working closely with our CFO and service line leaders. It’s a varied role, covering budgeting and forecasting, commercial analysis, business partnering and wider projects including scenario planning, business cases and acquisition activity.
You’ll have the opportunity to get close to the business, understand what drives performance and use your insight to help shape good commercial decisions.
There will also be plenty of opportunity to get involved in other projects as the business develops, so no two days are likely to be quite the same.
You’ll have a good finance background, along with some specific experience in FP&A or commercial finance. This could be from an FP&A or commercial finance role, or from a background in transaction services or audit where you’ve developed strong analytical and modelling skills.
Experience within professional services or another people-based business would be useful, but isn’t essential.
You’ll have strong Excel and financial modelling skills, together with experience of budgeting, forecasting and KPI analysis. You’ll also be someone who can take financial information and turn it into useful, easy-to-understand insight for the wider business.
