Qualifications

• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
• Minimum 5 years PQE in commercial finance or as a financial controller.
• Experience with consolidation and IFRS.

• Partner with teams for rolling forecasts and monitor performance.

Job description

FP&A Manager | PE backed group | Cardiff £70,000-£80,000

This is a highly commercial role with a PE backed company.

Duties

• Build on existing revenue reporting, analysing by vertical, customer, volume / price, geography etc, ensuring revenue recognition aligns with IFRS 15.
• Partner with commercial teams to build rolling forecasts and to monitor actual performance against forecast.
• Provide ad hoc commercial analysis and insight to support cost optimisation strategies and growth initiatives.
• Support the CFO with business development / tendering process.
• Ownership of receivables, ensuring business units receive regular overdue analysis.
• Support the digital transformation of the finance and other systems within the group.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, controls, and processes.
  
  

Experience Required

• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
• Minimum 5 years PQE with experience in commercial finance or a financial controller role.
• Consolidation experience.
