Nory is hiring an FP&A Lead to own and build the function end-to-end within its Finance and Operations team, guiding growth decisions with robust planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.

You'll partner across Sales, Marketing, CS, People, Product and Engineering to set targets, track KPIs and manage headcount vs spend while maintaining a single source of truth for key SaaS metrics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally in a high-growth SaaS/tech business.
• End-to-end budgeting, forecasting and reporting experience.
• Driver-based and three-statement models; Excel/Sheets is a must; SQL desirable.
• Commercial judgement with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Clear communication to teams and board-level audiences.
• Startup mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and speed.

Responsabilités

• Own the planning cycle: lead budget, forecasts and long-range plan.
• Run monthly management reporting and board packs with insightful commentary.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, People, Product and Eng to set targets and KPIs.
• Own core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC payback, burn/runway) as numbers of truth.
• Build models and analysis for fundraising, pricing and market expansion.
• Scale FP&A tools and processes to match Nory's growth.
