Goodman Masson is partnering with a leading PE-backed portfolio company in the UK to appoint an FP&A Lead reporting to the CFO. You will own the FP&A function, introducing new processes and systems to support rapid growth.

You will drive forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning, deliver KPI analysis and monthly reporting, and build robust financial models to inform acquisition strategy. Strong SaaS metrics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• ACA qualified with a background in Transaction Services, Deal Advisory or Valuations (preferred).
• Some exposure to SaaS metrics and have worked in a SaaS environment.
• Advanced modelling skills and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak with key senior stakeholders influencing decisions.
• Ambitious individual looking for the next step to grow the company.

Responsabilités

• Own forecasting, budgeting and long term planning processes.
• Deliver monthly management reporting, KPI analysis and insight.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive performance and align teams.
• Own and build financial modelling to support decision making and strategy.
• Analyse key SaaS metrics and report trends to the C-suite.
