Job summary

Vistry Group is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead the forecasting system (Anaplan) and ensure data integrity. This role offers exposure across FP&A and collaboration with operations to enhance planning and reporting.

You will own Anaplan design standards, maintain models, and support the wider FP&A team while building strong cross‑functional relationships. Qualified accountants with project accounting experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles with ability to relate the three financial statements.
• Experience with financial modelling and data flow design in forecasting environments.
• Excellent analytical mindset and communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Anaplan platform design standards and development pipeline.
• Maintain and enhance existing Anaplan models and provide user support.
• Collaborate with local finance teams to improve data quality and processes.
• Prepare financial reporting, forecasts and investor materials during the annual cycle.
• Support broader FP&A activities and data analysis across the group.
