Job summary

Anaplan is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead the FP&A function in London. The role focuses on ownership of the Anaplan forecasting system, data integrity, and providing analysis across the Group. You will report to the Group FP&A Director and manage one direct report delivering first-line support and ongoing development.

The ideal candidate will combine financial modelling expertise with strong stakeholder communication, and a willingness to work in a flexible, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles, including the relationship between the three financial statements.
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferable.
• Previous experience of project accounting, including an understanding of project ledger management.
• Analytical mindset - the ability to analyse financial data at a high level of detail but also to see the bigger picture.
• Data driven with a commitment to the simplicity of data flows and financial modelling
• A clear and confident communicator able to convey recommendations to senior and junior stakeholders with professionalism and integrity
• A desire to develop and grow professionally, always striving for better rather than status quo.

Responsibilities

• Own the Anaplan platform across the business.
• Set design standards and agree the development pipeline.
• Maintain the integrity of Groups Anaplan models and provide maintenance and user support.
• Work with local finance teams to drive best practice and consistent data processes across the Group.
• Collaborate with the FP&A team to improve reporting, planning and analysis.
• Prepare financial reporting, forecasts and investor materials during the annual cycle.
• Encourage attainment of the Anaplan Model Builder qualification.
