Job summary

The Finance Planning and Analysis role is a permanent, office-based position within a busy, collaborative Finance team. You will deliver clear, timely technical analysis to senior staff and support internal finance and accounting duties while aiding project delivery and forecast accuracy.

The successful candidate will handle reconciliations, build performance reports, and provide ad hoc analyses to inform management decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in economics, mathematics, science or similar analytical field.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex information and communicate it effectively.
• Entitled or Entitled to Work status in Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, complex analysis and forecasting.
• Build and design performance management reports across various systems and programming languages.
• Analyze data to ensure the accuracy of Management Information.
• Assist with the delivery of projects and various reconciliations.
• Deliver ad-hoc reporting to support management decisions.
• Provide internal support to a global Finance Department.
• Adhere to CPD requirements according to qualification level and in-house procedures.
• Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by Management.
