Job summary

Michael Page International Recruitment Limited is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager for a site-based role in North Kent. The role focuses on producing accurate financial reporting and partnering with the business to drive FP&A activities within a manufacturing/engineering environment.

You will oversee monthly management accounts, support year-end statutory reporting, and collaborate with finance teams to improve controls, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across Manufacturing,

Qualifications

Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA with relevant experience.
Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
Proven track record in financial reporting and FP&A.
Experience in deadline-driven finance functions.
Strong analytical, modelling and problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Commercial mindset with ability to influence operational decisions.

Responsibilities

Produce accurate monthly management accounts and financial commentary.
Assist with year-end statutory accounts and UK GAAP compliance.
Support financial controls and collaborate with Accounting teams.
Prepare company tax pack reporting for the Group.
Support quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting and medium-term planning.
Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales and Engineering to deliver insights.
Develop financial models to support scenario planning and margin analysis.
Analyse revenue, costs and working capital to identify improvements.
Support cashflow forecasting, capex appraisals and ROI assessments.
